ROOM DESCRIPTION

Designed in a contemporary style, the junior suite is appointed with wooden furniture, flooring and door. The king size bed is set with big pillows and white linens, enhanced with fine art paintings, white walls, window and door draped in heavy beige curtains to create a stately yet warm atmosphere.

The sliding door opens on a balcony with furbished furniture to offer our guests a breath- taking view of the lagoon.

Our guests can also enjoy other facilities in the rooms, including a comfortable armchair, free wireless internet access, a mini bar and a work desk which can be converted into hair dressing table.

The suite also offers an elegant bathroom with double sink, shower, toilet, pampering products and a walk in closet. Put on your slippers and slip into you robe to enjoy a spectacular view from your bath tub with loved ones.

La table du Cardinal

You simply cannot miss dining at our restaurant. Our experienced chef Thierry selects his fresh vegetables and fish from the local market and prepares refined tailor-made dishes for our guests.

The smoked marlin cigar stuffed with palm heart and candied lemon served with exotic fruits chutney and salmon roe, and the creole style porc curry served with black lentils fricassee and smoothered country leaves, are a must try during your stay. This fusion of French and local cuisines will excite your taste buds with its Mauritian spices – flavours that will make you discover and experience the local dishes… The restaurant has its own specifications, its own uniqueness, especially with its opened kitchen, you will feel like you have your own chef.

The restaurant is opened for breakfast and dinner only. Meals are A la Carte.Guests have the option to eat indoors while nature lovers can opt for the deck where they can admire the magnificent view of the bay of Trou aux Biches.

Opening hours: from 07h30 to 10h00 and 19h30 to 22h00.

Dress code: casual; at dinner time, shorts are not accepted in the restaurant.

Beach Bar & Restaurant

At the beach bar and restaurant, clients can savour a light lunch and exotic cocktails while sunbathing by the pool or admiring the sunset.

The restaurant can also be privatized for special occasions such as private dinners and small gatherings.

The Beach bar & restaurant are opened all along the day, and also for evening drinks and special dinners.

Piano Bar

For an intimate evening, Le Cardinal Exclusive Golf Resort & Spa offers to its clients a piano bar located on the first floor. Clients can either enjoy their cocktails indoors while chatting with the barman or, for more intimacy, they can opt for the tables and chairs outdoors and admire the sunset.

To make this environment more romantic, we have a pianist three times per week.
